compound tax defaulted and even when i didn't choose the compound tax

Hello,

I have set up the compound tax by creating 2 taxes within the same regime, tax1 and tax2

The target is when I choose a tax rate from tax 2, the equation for tax 2 is ((Line amount+Tax1)*tax2)

The compound tax is calculating correctly, but when I choose any rate, it ignores the chosen rate and enforces the compound tax
