Inactivate Item

I try to inactivate a Item but I can't do it.

I check all this tables but there aren't information abut this item:

INV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE

INV_ONHAND_QUANTITIES_DETAIL

INV_MATERIAL_TXNS_TEMP

INV_SUPPLY

INV_RESERVATIONS

INV_RESERVATIONS_INTERFACE

Then I check Shipment Exception and I see there is a Excepction Open.

The sales order and line is cancelled.

Is this the error?
