Custom entity variable in pipeline

Summary:

We have the requirement to trigger the pipeline in FCCS in 2 times, once for a subset of entities, once for all a couple days later. Instead of copying the pipeline and adjusting the filter, could you also add a subistitution variable for the entity dimension in the custom variables to be able to trigger the pipeline only for a selection of entities? (Illustrated below)
