What is the security priv for enabling my receipts tabular page?

Summary:

2 fold: Limiting a basic requester from seeing everyone else PO's and adding the privilege to use the tabular layout on my receipts.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

A requester with basic requester security role (NOT the advanced procurement requester role) can see all Open PO's (4,000+) for anyone. I cannot find the security privilege to take away that will remove this function.

Also related, when adding the tabular view to the My Receipt area using RCV_MANAGE_RECEIPT_ADVANCED_RECEIVER_PWA, only open PO's to receive for that requester show up, AND I get the tabular view as expected.
