Employees Missing in Compensation – Salary Details Real Time when using Matrix Manager Fields

Summary:

Using Compensation – Salary Details Real Time , I’m experiencing an issue where employees drop from the report when matrix manager fields are added.

For example, when I run a report with Person Number, Person List Name all fields return; however, when I run with Top Manager Name from the matrix manager folder no data returns and I receive the below error.

Upon research it appears the commonality for employees is they have a future dated transaction or someone in their reporting structure has a future dated transaction.

I have tested matrix manager in Workforce Management – Worker Assignment Real Time for the same employee and top manager returns the correct information.
