Can we run the delete action via subscription expression?

Summary: here the requirement is to delete the orphan parents from EPBCS application (Seeded application) based on the subscription logic which is based on the expression. We have universal application registered as Master Application and from which the subscription has been created for EPBCS application. Now when we move the child member from one parent to another which makes old parent as an Orphan parent member. The ask from EPBCS team is to remove those orphan parent members into EDMCS however those members are to be kept in Master Application as ERP application would need that. Can someone please suggest
