Export/Import Approval Units with Phased Submission

Summary:

We have approval units with approval groups assigned for phased submission. Owners vary between the AGs/phases and we are looking to simplify the maintenance. Using the Export function (Workflow > Import and Export > Export) the resulting file leaves the first six columns blank and is, therefore, unusable. Is there a way to export the AU/AG setup and then update the owners in a text file, rather than having to maintain in the FCC interface?
