Chat link inactive on Customer Portal menu

Hi,

I added a new menu item in customer portal for 'Chat', using guidelines provided.

<li><rn:widget path="navigation/NavigationTab" label_tab="Chat" link="/app/chat/chat_launch/"></li> in /dav/cp/customer/development/views/templates/standard.php

But when this link is clicked, it is not having active status as other links do.

Please suggest me if there is anything else to add or change.
