I need to return the latest component subinventory and locator in a work definition in an OTBI query

I'm looking to extract out the the latest version of a work definitions, the components within a work definition and the subinventory and locators.

I curently have an OTBI query, that returns the latest version of a work definition item, using end date = Null, but it is returning the component item from all versions,

In the example below, the item is 103853MK with a current revision work definition of 2. It has a single component within it, 103853, but which is the correct subinventory/locator, as one is in V1 and the other is from V2?
