25C New CPAs Not Being Indexed

Summary:

It appears that new CPAs created in a 25C environment are not being indexed. When I tested new CPAs in a 25B environment, they were indexed over night, but not in the 25C environment.

I had to run the process "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" with fa-prc-pa to get the CPAs added to the index.

Should we be rebuilding the fa-prc-pa index on a regular basis?
