ERV profile Option -- ORA_CMR_IGNORE_AP_ERV_TERV

Regarding the profile option : ORA_CMR_IGNORE_AP_ERV_TERV -- Is this the profile option that controls whether the ERV is considered and affects the Inventory Valuation and the ITEM UNIT COST or not ?

Also what is the difference between the 3 profile values ?

Regarding the profile values : tell me if I understand the concept right or wrong. 

-- Match at receipt : only the ERV resulted from POs that match at receipt is not affecting the inventory valuation. 

-- Match at order: only the ERV resulted from POs that match at order is not affecting the inventory valuation. 

-- Match at receipt & Match at order : the ERV  from the POs that match at receipt & POs that match at order does not affect the inventory valuation
