I have a VM instance in my Tenancy with DMCA files , I require assistance

in Containers, Kubernetes, & Serverless Functions

Hello all, I currently have an VM instance and a notice from the Oracle Cloud team that there are DMCA files located on my server, I am unable to remove them as I cannot get the instance started. If needed I can provide further details on this , I am currently a Free Tier user and I was directed by live chat support to ask my question here.
