Open Picks does not display in the Inventory Infolet

Summary: A new Inventory Organization was set up for Maintenance, and a work order was used to request an inventory material with available on-hand quantity. When the work order was released, the following scheduled processes succeeded:

  • Pick Materials for Work Orders
  • Pick Materials Worker for the Work Orders
  • Print Movement Request Pick Slip Report

However, the open pick generated does not appear in the Inventory infolet, as the display shows “no data available.” What can be done to ensure that open picks start displaying in the Inventory infolet? but when the pick slip number is copied from the Print Movement Request Pick Slip Report and used in the Confirm Pick Slips function to query, the open pick request is displayed.
