Possibilities for Unique Burden Calculations with Precedence

Summary:

We have a requirement where a G&A cost code in precedence 30 cannot use one of the amounts calculated in precedence 10 as part of its base calculation. The amount in precedence 10 is used in other precedence's but the specific cost code cannot use it. I don't think this is possible but was curious if anyone else dealt with something like this and had any insight.

The other requirement we're dealing with is there is a need to apply a G&A burden in precedence 3 to the sum of precedence 1 & precedence 2 but not utilize the raw cost amount. Please see screenshots for the two scenarios we're figuring out.
