password reset notification sign in hyperlink change

Summary:

Current standard notification is having the below link and its by clicking on the same after password reset the users are getting directed to the below link, identity cloud which is incorrect.

we want to put our Fusion login URl but when we are trying to update from the template the same is not being allowed to and quick getting diverted to end url which is given above.

is there anyway we can update the link in below shown sign in ?
