PO charge account and requisition account is not defaulted for Destination Type- Inventory

Summary:

We have created custom mapping set to map account and item category and then created custom account segment rule associated with custom mapping and then added this to TAB.
when we create Requisition or PO with destination type as INVENTORY, charge account is not autopopulated for PO and requisition.
