Unity Behavioral Intelligence Release Notes for August 28, 2025

The following enhancements have been made to Unity Behavioral Intelligence (also known as Infinity IQ).  


Personalization workspace management.

You can now edit and delete your personalization workspaces in the Web Personalization UI. To get started, select the workspace you want to manage, click the "More Actions" button, and choose either the "Edit Workspace" or "Delete Workspace" option. Please note that only empty workspaces, without any personalizations, can be deleted.

Web Personalization management enhancements.

  1. When copying a personalization, you now have the ability to specify the target workspace for the copied item.  After selecting the "Copy" option, choose the workspace where you would like the copy created.
