UCM access permission error while running Procurement BIP report?

Summary:

In Custom BI Report, we are using Standard FA_UCM_PROVISIONED to read document from this Content server but normal business are not able to run this report they are getting error

Fusion BI Publisher: Custom BIP Report Fails with "Could not get data source connection for: FA_UCM_PROVISIONED" error

Please do let us know how can we provide access to business users so they can generate custom report output.
