Generate Schedule isn't generating schedule on the day of planned Absence

Hello experts,
We have been facing the following an issue with Workforce Scheduling. We didn't see anything like that in release notes.
- Employee records planned Vacation. It gets approved.
- Workforce Schedule is generated for the week that has planned schedule. It is 'In Prgress' status.
- Workforce Schedule is moved to Publish status.
- Schedule didn't generate on the day of planned absence.
- Scheduled job is reevaluating the absence and changing the duration to 0.
- At this point, absence become invalid.
This started happening from 25B and confirmed still happening after 25C. Anyone else facing similar issues?
We have an SR open but it isn't progressing.
