Populate if an employee is a Manager in HCM OTBI

Summary:

I'm trying to create a report in OTBI with the subject area Worker Assignment Real. And in the Worker Assignment folder there is Manager Flag. However all our persons have Manager Flag = No, even if they are managers with people who report directly to them.

Is there a way to fix this, so that the employees that are managers will have a YES in the Manager Flag?

It is the same in Worker folder, here all workers also have Manager Flag = No, even if there are manager.

The only way I can resolve this is in the Assignment Manager List Unsecured, where the manager flag works as intended. However, when I'm adding measures for example the measure Full-Time Equivalent it summarizes the manager hierarchy for the employee all the way to the top manager.
