Unable to generate the EEO-4 report

Hi,

We have configured all the necessary set ups required to run the EEO-4 State and Local Government Report report as per the document below, but the EEO-4 State and Local Government Report process is not retrieving any data and shows 0 records.

Has anyone faced something similar? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
