Global Access Groups - Learners are not getting assigned with Course

Summary:

Hi Team,

We added few learners through Global Access groups, those respective learners are not getting displayed under Learning Assignments and not getting assigned with Course under"My Learning". However, all learners are able to Search the course and enroll them. What is missed, please suggest.
