Need to create custom resource alert for Incident Owner

in Human Capital Management

@Glen Walton-Oracle - We need to create a custom alert for Incident Owner, but there is no option for Incident or Health & Safety within the resource dropdown while creating a custom alert.

And further we are not able to see the attribute list in the predefined HNS alerts.
