Assistance Required: Error in Assigning Planned Rates for Labor in Oracle Fusion PPM

I hope this message finds you well.

I am encountering an issue in Oracle Fusion PPM while assigning planned rates for labor in the "Manage Project Financial Plan" page. After setting the planned rates and attempting to baseline from the same page, I receive the following error:

“A costing rule can't be found for the labor transaction.”

To proceed, I have to manually navigate to Manage Project Budget > Planning Options, select Resource Class Row Rate, refresh the rate, and then baseline it. This additional step is time-consuming and seems to indicate a configuration issue.
