How to make mandatory the seeded fields based on a context sensitive DFF value using page composer

In the Identification Info page, under the Visa Permit section .We have a requirement that based on the context sensitive DFF field value is 'Yes' then the Expiration Date become automatically mandatory .How to achieve this by page composer.
