Release upgrade Journeys impact

Hi everyone,
We need some advice regarding what we're experiencing with journey assignment after the release upgrade last Friday. The problem is this: we know for sure that the employee has been assigned a journey, but we don't see anything in the My Journeys tab (see screenshot below), nor do we see anything in the My Tasks tab. However, if we try to access via standard notification, both the tasks and the journey appear correctly. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? How did you resolve it?
