Which Data Store should be used to get Lookup information from BICC?

Summary:

Hi,

We're using BICC to export data from Sales, however the lookup columns doesn't show the meaning, only the the codes. For example, "BR" instead of "Brazil" or "Brasil" (in PT-BR language).

I tried searching for the Lookup data store, but I'm very confused on which one should be used.

Here's a screenshot of the options (the one I've tried exporting was "LookupValues", but the csv only contained the lookup for Opty Status, nothing else):
