Does anybody know how to take away the priviledge to "Cancel Initiative" for learning specialist

Summary:

We have a customized learning specialist role and I do not want them to be able to "Cancel Initiative" though they should be able to view and edit a initiative. Does anybody if and how this would possible?
Is there a specific priviledge resposible for the button "cancel initiative" to show?
