Restrict UI Requisition view to GOODS only and NOT SERVICES

Currently, we have contracted warehouse users responsible for creating and tracking Requisitions for GOODS only.

These users, since contracted, should not be able to create/ view or access PRs and related data for SERVICES.

We have an end-user request to restrict access/ create a role which would allow them to create and track GOODs PRs while blocking access to SERVICE PRs and related data.

This is related to the Manage Requisition Screen, as well as other screens where Requisitions can be accessed.

Any assistance, suggestions, or advice is welcome.
