Oracle Cloud - Sourcing/Negotiations new AI features do not work despite all the setups?

Summary:

I'm in DEV instance, version 24C and I've been trying to enable AI features in Sourcing module in Oracle Fusion such as:

  • Create Negotiation Cover Page with Generative AI
  • Create Negotiation Synopsis with Generative AI
  • Add Requirements with Generative AI

According to Oracle docs, all you need to do to enable them, is to opt in to the features, and make sure AI Assist Check box is checked in Negotiation Styles and it all should work.

For the cover page and synopsis AI feature, I receive an error message as shown in the screenshot and for Requirements feature, it just keeps loading without ever showing any results.
