URGENT - How to embed External Secret/Key in REST API Data Export calls

We are doing Data Export via asynchronous REST API. The process flow is for external system to send a request, then GTM drops a few csvs to external amazon S3 bucket (shared folder). S3 bucket needs GTM to send Key/Secret for authentication. Please advise how to configure GTM to embed Key/Secret in the REST API call so that we can pass the authentication and put csvs on the S3 bucket. So far based on online documentation, it does not appear right to use External System configuration in GTM.
