Flagging for Open Alerts in Oracle ARCS

Hi,

We have a question from our Customer regarding flagging for open alerts in Oracle ARCS.

Currently We do get emails and we can see in Alerts tab for vieweing open alerts and details.

But those get unnoticed in the emails when we have so many notifications.

DO we or can we have a red flag or similar in the system to notify users that there is an open alert?

ALso Currently in Transaction Matching we see an overview of alerts in the summary page. But can we directly click on the alerts in the summary page get all those transactions in unmatched tab with alert assigned?
