How to enable 'Workplace' field on requisition details section on 'Request new position screen'?

Summary:

We are on responsive UI with regards to 'Request new position' page and in TDS we dont have flexibility/option to select 'Workplace' field in requisition details section page attributes.. As we want to have requisition being initiated along with position creation, This manadatory field enablement is inevitable. Other than having DFF creation, is there any work around?
