How to Hide "Role Guides" and "Recommendation Profile" tabs

Hi everyone, good day!

We are trying to remove Role Guides and Recommendation Profile tabs in My Team > Learning. We have done and observed the following:

1. We have removed "Manage Role Guides" and "View Role Guides" from manager role. However, we found that "View Role Guide" from employee role is still giving access to manager.
2. We have removed "Manage Recommendation Profiles by Manager" from manager role. However, we found that "Manage Recommendation Profiles by Worker" is still giving access to Recommendation Profile tab in My Team.
3. Removing "View Role Guides" from employee role will affect employee's ability to view role guides.
