Time zone and format in a global implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM.
Hi,
We have a customer where we implement Oracle SCM Modules (Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Order Management, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing) and the ERP modules ( GL, AP,AR, CM , FA and PPM).
The parent company is based in New Zealand and their subsidiary is located in the US.
Can someone please share the previous experience on how the below was handled in a global implementation ?
01) How to make sure the correct data format is displayed to the end user ?
02) Since we are using a single instance what challenges has been there during the month-end ? Especially I'm concerned about the Costing Management transactions related to SCM and how we make sure this is addressed in both NZ and US.
