Mandatory Context Segment can be skipped when create Work Order

Hi

We have created context segment in work order header, with it's flexfields. We set the context segment to be mandatory, so they must choose the context segment while create new work order. User can bypass this mandatory context segment, if they not click Additional Information arrow.

When create new work order, there is no context segment in the pop-up. User can click save and close, then the context segment can be skip.

I found bug that the mandatory function is not working here. I try sandbox, but sandbox not working with popup. There is no context segment or flexfield condition in Work Order approval.
