OTM early pickup and early delivery date are not sync with start and end time on shipment

Suppose early pickup date in otm is 10 sep 23:59 and early delivery date is 11 sep 23:59 , when planned into shipment the start time is 10 sep 23:59 and end time changed to 12 sep 00:00 even the transit time show as 4 hour 35 min then delivery time should after 4 hour 35 min only but when going to stop 2 it show as wait time of 10 hours , not sure from where it is coming?
