Oracle AI Agent - Currently there are no account documents available

in AI Agent Collaboration Center

Hi everyone,

We've recently started implementing AI Agents using AI Agent Studio and we created an Agent Team using the Account Engagement Template. While it works fine in most aspects, it is never ablet o find attachments to the accound and summarize them, although the account has attachments.

We've tried with different formats: PDF, Word and it still says there are no items to display. Does anyone know how to fix this?
