Learning Alert's not displaying correctly in email

Summary: We created Learning Alerts for 'Entering Waitlist' and 'Exiting Waitlist' using the templates provided by Oracle in the document 'Creating and Configuring Custom Resource Alerts (Doc ID 2786113.1)

These worked initially but are now displaying some of the code in the body of the email template and we don't know how to correct it.

Has anyone else experience this issue with Learning Alerts?
