Unable to plan multiple order movements with different Original Leg Positions into a single shipment

We are trying to plan shipments from order movements, but since, the order movements created from different order release have different Original Leg Positions, while trying to plan them, OTM do not plan such Order movements into a single shipment.

Once we clear the Original Leg Position of those Order movements, OTM allows to plan them into a single shipment. Is there a way we can plan without the need to clear the original leg position from order movements?
