Only allow alphanumeric (letters and numbers) plus the dash "-" character in Item Number

Summary:

We have requirement on the item number field and I am trying to achieve this by item rules but it is not working as expected. We need to nnly allow alphanumeric (letters and numbers) plus the dash "-" character in Item Number field while creating item number. All special characters, symbols, punctuations, wingdings, emojis, unicodes, accent marks, paragraphs, etc. should not be allowed.
