Hi,

we would like to find a solution which gives us the possibility to anonymize candidates' resumes. With the anonymization, we would like to hide several pieces of information, contained in the resume, which could generate some bias during the application process. Is there a tool (I mentioned AI agent, but this task maybe could be achieved by other AI tools provided by oracle HCM) that allows us this kind of task?

the best scenario is that this tool takes automatically the CVs from Oracle Recruiting; but another welcomed solution is that I manually enter a file (.pdf or .docx) and I obtain as output (after requiring the pieces of information that should be anonymized), the anonymized file (in the same format of the input).
