Tax Rates created not show the Tax classification code set assignments

Summary:

Hi there,

We have created tax rates and assigned them to the respective RDS and the modules (Procure to Pay, Expense, Order to Cash). However, upon saving, the tax rate does not reflect the checkboxes and is empty. I understand that if we update the ZX_INPUT_CLASSIFICATIONS, ZX_OUTPUT_CLASSIFICATIONS, ZX_WEB_EXP_TAX_CLASSIFICATIONS it would be visible.

My concern is why does it not get updated in the first place.
