Notifications not showing in Bell Icon / Things to Finish in 25C, only in BPM Worklist

Hello Community,

In our Test environment (25C – 11.13.25.07.0), we noticed that workflow notifications are visible in BPM Worklist, but do not appear in the Global Header (bell icon) nor in Things to Finish.

We have already:

  • Set Notification Mode = All for all users.
  • Run the scheduled process Synchronize Notifications in Global Header (Succeeded).
  • Tested with standard workflow (Change Manager), not only Alert Composer.
  • Verified that privilege ORA_FND_VIEW_NOTIFICATIONS is not available in Security Console.

Even so, the bell icon and Things to Finish remain empty.
