SCIM Integration - Okta to Oracle Fusion ERP

Summary:

We are trying to create users in Oracle Fusion ERP from Okta. Users will be onboarded in Okta and then provisioned into Fusion ERP using SCIM. Could someone please help me understand the available options?

I noticed that Okta provides a standard connector to create users in OCI/IAM, but not in Fusion ERP. What would be the best way to achieve this? How do we directly create users in Fusion ERP?

If the only option is through a custom connector using REST APIs, could you please share the relevant Oracle documentation, including API details?

Additional details:

  • When I create users in OCI/IAM (dev domain), they are not created in Fusion ERP even after the sync process runs.
