HDL to load proficiency ratings for a competency in Skills and Qualifications page is not working

Hi Team,

We wants to load competencies for the employees along with both employee and manager proficiency ratings. But, We could not able to load both the employee and manager proficiency ratings for the competency in a single DAT file. We are loading two times - One time for loading Employee Proficiency Rating and another time for loading Manager Proficiency Rating.

Issue here is -

After HDL load, I can see only the last record. Not both the employee and manager proficiency ratings. What would be the issue here? Kindly update.

For loading employee proficiency rating,
