Unable to reverse workorder after scanning wrong serial component item
Details:
The user scanned the wrong units against WO xxxxx and noticed the mistake too late to correct .
Normal Process:
Typically, this type of error can be resolved by reversing the WO to Ready via the Review Dispatch List in Oracle and then rescanning the correct units.
Issue Encountered:
The user is unable to complete the Reverse to Ready step.
The system throws a continuous error indicating that Component Lot information is incorrect.
The error persists regardless of whether the Component Lot information is filled in or left blank.
Question :
Could this WO be reversed manually via UI or backend?
