Redwood New Hire Display takes time

Summary:

In Redwood page , immediately after creation of new hire , the new hire person number is visible or searchable in responsive / Classic UI . but in redwood it takes close to 30-45 mins and then only appears. Any leads on what could be controlling this other than the ACL or index related jobs ?

We have these index and ACL running already as per Oracle recommendation.

It would be great if someone could help here if faced same issue and were able to solve the problem
