We are facing this issue with our client : Your support is highly appreciated:

The Manager is synchronized from the Position Hierarchy. When a Manager is terminated in the Future, Position Synchronization generate future dated changes in employee assignment. When the HR user performs a change in the position effective on a date between the hire date and the termination date of the Manager, the ‘Synchronization From Position’ assignment is not updated accordingly with the position change. Any support is highly appreciated.
