Can we migrate Redwood changes for 1 page from Test POD to Prod POD using Extension Lifecycle?

Summary:

We need to migrate some Redwood changes to specefic Action (Promote) after prod migration. Can we make changes in Test and migrate just for Promote action using Extension Lifecycle?

Our Test POD is on 25C and Prod on 25B, so do not want any 25C seeded chnages to go to Prod.

Has anyone done this?
